Known for gritty, high-energy performances, Joglaresa return to the RNCM for this concert of music that traces Mary Magdalene's progress from prostitute to saint.

Blessed with four intertwining voices and the hypnotic improvised accompaniments of hurdy-gurdy, fidel and harp, Joglaresa perform songs in medieval Latin, French and Greek that reflect the diverse attitude of writers towards this charismatic and compelling woman.

Monday 12 June 2006 - On his show Best of Jazz, Humphrey Lyttelton played a song from Rachel's gentle rain  album - her version of the Gershwins' Isn't it a pity ?
